Independent publication-support service

Scopus Submit provides editorial, manuscript-preparation and journal-submission support. We are not a journal, publisher, university, indexing database or representative of Elsevier, Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed or any other third party.

No acceptance or indexing guarantee

Journal acceptance, publication, indexing, peer-review decisions and editorial timelines are controlled entirely by journals and publishers. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing or any particular editorial outcome.

Author responsibility

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, ethics, permissions, citations, authorship, data, disclosures and final submission of their work. All final files should be reviewed and approved by the author before submission.

Academic integrity

Our services are intended to improve legitimate research communication. We do not support impersonation, fabricated research, falsified data, manipulated results, plagiarism or assessed work submitted as another person’s own work.

Scope, quotations and deadlines

The agreed scope, price, payment terms, deliverables and delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing before work begins. A requested deadline is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the team.

Revisions and third-party requirements

Any included revision period or revision limit will be stated in the written quotation. Journal requirements may change, and authors should verify the latest instructions directly on the journal or publisher website.

Communication

By submitting an enquiry, you permit Scopus Submit to contact you about that request by email, optional telephone contact or website chat.
